[Looking for a Mentor] - Support (Warding)

Postby T4NK » Mon Mar 26, 2012 12:59 pm

Steam ID: See signature
Experience: DOTA 2 for 3 months.
Preferred Servers: USEast, USWest
Time Available: 7-12PM ET Weekdays.
Desired Learning: I've been wanting to learn the finer parts of warding and counter warding throughout the game. I definitely struggle with where to ward after the initial laning phase is done and end up warding both rune spots or a rune spot and a random-ish place on the map. Also I am quite oblivious to counter warding and where to ward after certain towers are down etc as the game progresses. Just looking for some useful tips on how to get the most out of wards in certain situations. I'd like to also work on my support game in general, what items to buy in certain situations, general support strategy after as the game progresses (What should I be trying to accomplish?).

I have no problem helping. I play all sorts of support styles (passive, aggressive, etc) and have a really good handle on ward placements. If you are interesting add me on steam; my page is on the right. And I am east coast too.
